Becoming A Fit Mama!

It is now 7 weeks since I gave birth to my little peanut which means I am cleared to go back to work and to workout! Without getting too personal this is the hardest chapter of my life; being active duty, overseas and raising a newborn! YIKES!

Here are my numbers from before and after birth to give you an idea of where I'm starting from... Before I became pregnant I was the healthiest I've ever been- I weighed about 135lbs (first picture below) and was working out 4-5 times a week and eating healthy. During my pregnancy I tried to stay as active as possible and limit my weight gain, but the day I delivered I weighed 180lbs! (third picture below) Now, I am at 155lbs and slowing working on dropping the last 20lbs... I'm not going to stress about my weight, but I will try to keep you posted to where I am to give you an idea of my progress.
